A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid at time of booking in order to secure any appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled for free anytime before 24hr prior to appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
A Free 30min Grace period is allowed for late arrival; given reasonable prior notice is given.
Late Cancellation/NoShow Policy
Cancellations/NoShows made less than 24 hours prior to appointment, will result in deposit forfeiture and either a 50% Late Cancellation or 100% NoShow Fee.
